Welcome To First Church

The Bible teaches us both by written commandment and recorded example of God's salvation plan and His desired form of worship that we should follow and practice.

The First Church (First United Pentecostal Church) was established in the New Testament and was founded on the Day of Pentecost. This is recorded in the second chapter of the Book of Acts. All the original New Testament churches were established on this same Pentecostal experience. For instance, the founding of the church at Ephesus is recorded in Acts 19:1-6. Read Acts 2:38 and Galatians 1:8.

The First Church is our example. Here we find the basis for our worship and doctrine. As a matter of fact, we try to do everything just like the First Church. We even affectionately refer to our church as, "First Church"!
